dreen626 17 Posted October 6, 2011 I have too many RBs. I have Rice and Felix on bye. Starks and Tolbert concern me a little bit. I'm wondering if i should drop Tolbert for Redman (assuming Mendy is out) to fill in for the bye week? I choose Tolbert as SD says they want Matthews to get 20-25 carries a game now. Thoughts? My current RBs: Ray Rice Felix Jones Mike Tolbert James Starks Ryan Torrain
PrinceEatMeat 0 Posted October 6, 2011 That's a tough one. Tolbert may carry more value in later weeks, but Redman could have a huge week if Mendy is out. I'd take the risk and get Redman. Please help with mine! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=391627
scottybo 1 Posted October 6, 2011 That is tough. Tolbert is somewhat proven and has scored a good amount of tds this year. However if Mendenhall is out for a prolonged period, Redman could prove dividends. You may have to go with your gut. What does your WR depth look like? Is there someone else on your roster worth dropping?
boilernos 0 Posted October 6, 2011 I think you have to keep Starks. I really like the way he is playing. I would feel good about passing on Redman and trying to get a receiver for Tolbert who is putting up points.
ThatDude 12 Posted October 6, 2011 Can you drop anyone else to get Redman? Please see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=391773
dreen626 17 Posted October 6, 2011 My teams is: Eli Manning VJax Miles Austin A.Boldin Sid Rice D.Nelson Ray Rice Felix Jones Starks Tolbert R.Torain R.Gronkowski Saints D/ST Sebastian Janokowski
Quadbuster 0 Posted October 6, 2011 I'd drop tolbert. Looking @ the overall picture, tolbert looks as though he is being phased "out" more-so than phased "in" where as Torain and Starks "could" be the future of their teams backfields. Just my 2 cents. Frozenbeernuts 2,264 Posted October 7, 2011 Keep in mind pits o line is not good and thats part of the reason mendenhall cant get going
Citi Kid 0 Posted October 7, 2011 Redman is set up for a big week, however they still claim Menddy is the man....."the ace" in their words. Tolbert should be good for some red zone touches but will split carries with Mathews. If your going long term, Tolbert should give you better value but if it's a one week fill in, Redman is da man!!
