I actually think that's a pretty even trade just because A.Johnson just doesn't have it this year and Bradshaw is always a risk to get hurt so i'd favor getting C.Johnson and Rudolph but it's close
jackjohn 31 Posted October 13, 2012 I think both teams are better. Team A trades from a strength (rb) to get a better wr and a more consistent TE. Or may be sick of hoping Gates does something. Team B gets a solid rb for a slight downgrade at wr and a higher upside TE. Bones40 0 Posted October 13, 2012 I would say team B wins, hands down. Both Andre and Calvin have huge upside and have both had a slow start. I think both get on track eventually and I like Andre's chances of having a better season simply because of the balance Houston's offense has. Teams are game planning to stop Andre and Calvin right now. The difference is, Houston is killing teams with other weapons where as the Lions haven't shown they can beat you if you shut down Calvin. I think you will see defenses taking a more balanced approach to stopping Houston and AJ will increase production. Meanwhile teams will continue to double/triple cover CJ until the Lions can prove that's a bad idea...I don't see that happening real soon. Having said all that, I think those two are a wash. Which means the trade comes down to Bradshaw + Gates for Rudolph...I think that's terrible value for Team A, outstanding value for team B.
kirschbaum 0 Posted October 13, 2012 The wide outs are pretty even,Bradshaw has the capability to put up some points but you can never trust how long he will stay healthy.Rudolph has been a great sleeper pick this year. And at the rate Gates is going he will be lucky to have third tier value soon.I'd say a pretty even trade. ric0 23 Posted October 13, 2012 I would stand pat. If you were team A, you would be able to keep team B weak at rb making them easier to beat. Thx 4 mine.
