I had the 4th pick. I likely waited too long on getting a QB2 - so I didn't grab one at all. One guy auto-drafted Cam and Brees I'll likely try and do a trade with him. It is a PPR-league.

I debated grabbing NYJ QB as a QB2 - but he has the same bye week as SD...

 

Thoughts on what to offer for Brees? His team sucks - RBs = PIT-LB, NYJ-BP, KC-CW and MIN-JM. WRs = DAL-DB, MIA-DP, HOU-WF, CAR-TG and SF-TS.

I would just hold off on a trade I would play rivers and keep an eye on waivers and jump on someone off of waivers after an injury. I don't think u have depth to make a trade

I think you have more problems at rb than qb.

 

 

Gore looks washed up and Woodhead will not repeat his numbers. Woodhead only had an obscene number of catches because there were times the top 3 wide receivers and Antonio Gates were all injured. There was no one else to catch the ball in SD last year.

 

Try to do a 2 for 1 and upgrade woodhead.

Just out of curiosity, who did you take in the 2nd and 3rd? I'm guessing Latavius Murray was one of those, but I can't pick out the other...

The other one was ARI WR L. Fitzgerald. *I* think he'll put up numbers comparable to last year. They extended his contract another year at that compensation level, anyway. Also, when I drafted, John Brown was still out with concussion symptoms. I didn't think Fitz would still be there 20 picks later (5.04, vs. 6.11), so yeah - I grabbed him a little early.

Based on his ADP, Fitz would have been there in the 4th and 5th. IMO, that was a big reach. There's a good chance you could have had Fitz as your WR3 and 1 of Golden Tate, Donte Moncrief, Julian Edelman, Eric Decker, Jeremy Maclin, or Kelvin Benjamin as your WR2. That's not to say Fitz won't have a great year, but I really like the idea of Fitz being your WR3 and Sanu/Snead as your WR4/5.
