Miller_Time_21 0 Posted January 21, 2004 OK, it seems like this has become a hot topic, and one that will effect the way other rule change votes will go. We will vote with the owners we have in place now, including the two new owners, if we get the other two in place before voting ends I will attempt to get their vote as well. The majority will win. Please only votes here, put any comments in the other TE thread. This vote is to add an EXTRA starting position to the requirements to start a TE every week. 1. Yes 2.
