I have been in leagues where the final finishers get the last two spots of the draft. I think that penalizes a team that gets hot versus someone who suffers an injury that wipes out one of his top RBs and goes down on a particular week (literally a luck break as far as draft order is concerned). The whole weight of the 14 game season proves excellence over time and it is those people who demonstrate good drafting, good line-up management, and a touch of good luck - they tend to be able to do it season after season. Anyone can get on a two game winning streek, not many can win 11 or 12 out of 14. And think, next year, you can smile while someone else complains about having the last pick.
