I wouldn't classify WAS D as an up and coming, they are a solid unit now but will soon be decimated by poor financial decisions. Snyder isn't going to be able to afford all the signing bonus he has attempted to spread out over the years...it is going to catch up with him HARD and WAS will crumble.
