Nate Burleson's Burly Son 0 Posted October 26, 2005 I have no link, but I heard on WEEI radio this morning on the Dale and Holly show that TO put his house (mansion) up for sale today for 4.5 million. What do you think- is there a trade in the works or is he just getting a jump on the off season when he presumably expects to be moved?
Guest Loose Circuits Posted October 26, 2005 kind of hard to trade somebody past the trade deadline

Cuse9 131 Posted October 26, 2005 Maybe he put it up for sale because he just wanted the "for sale" sign? Next time he scores a TD, he's gonna pull the for sale sign out of his azz and plant it in the ground and stick a "sold" sign on it. And then he will proclaim: "This is MY HOUSE!" Guest MUGS Posted October 26, 2005 Depending on the market, if he is released /gone, 6 months in advance is nothing to sell his home..usually abit longer here in PA., If that's the locale Worth watching

Rye & Leaf 0 Posted October 27, 2005 Watch this fool end up in Atlanta next year... What's the over/under on the number of passes 4 feet over his head before he would punch Michael Vick in the face? Yeah, no doubt. Mcnabb looks scared of him on the field now. When he throws him a bad pass, Mcnabb will pat his chest indicating that its his fault while TO stares at him like he wants to off him and his chunky soup eating mom. shasha 0 Posted October 27, 2005 You guys do realize that the market is settling down, but houses are still up there in price. If he bought this house 2 years ago, it is probably up about $750K in value at minimum. He could also be tired of all of the fans that know where he lives giving him crap. He could also be looking to move close to home, you know how close he is to his grandma. It could be a ton of reasons, we do know that he isn't going anywhere this season though. Vick would eat him for dinner. McNabb would whoop his azz right now if T.O was not on his team. This whole nice guy mirage of McNabb's is only because he is a team player. McNabb knows that with T.O., the Eagles are a Super Bowl contender. Without T.O., they are just a good team with no hope of a Superbowl title. McNabb's mom could whoop T.O. eagles824 0 Posted October 27, 2005 T.O. puts his mansion up for sale By Michael Klein Inquirer Staff Writer Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens is on the move. As in, he's just put his Moorestown nest on the market. Fans should not read too much into this, says his publicist, Kim Etheredge: "He's downsizing." He also wants to move closer to Lincoln Financial Field. Owens is asking $4,399,000 for the five-bedroom mansion, which he bought just 17 months ago for $3.9 mil. An enraptured public watched the flamboyant Eagles wide receiver doing crunches and shooting hoops outside of the joint in August while he held out for a sweeter contract than the seven-year, $49 million deal he signed last year. (Could the rejected raise be the reason for downsizing?) Photos with the listing show an expansive tiled foyer, curved stairwell and lovely patio. His hyperbaric chamber is not shown. hexediter 0 Posted October 27, 2005 if memory serves, the eagles made it to the superbowl without T.O. They only lost the superbowl with T.O. So, through Monty Python logic, if they reach the superbowl and play without him, they will win. BTW, he's signed to contract, his whiney butt isn't going anywhere unless the Eagles move him. Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted October 27, 2005 Simple really. He knows Iggles will not pay him $7 mill next year even if he had been a Boy Scout. He will be cut no matter the result of the season. It takes time to sell a $5 mill house and he's dealing with what he knows is inevitable. That said, I really hope his family can by milk and eggs on the proceeds. Also, hope his next mansion has a driveway with a built in workout bench. A superstar should not have to MOVE a workout bench to the driveway to do situps for the media. How goush! GhostofMeanMachine99 1 Posted October 27, 2005 It's not the house so much...he's looking for a larger driveway w/ better exercise facilities and built-in media facilities, camera bays, etc. Houses in this area normally take 3-6 months to be sold. I guess he expects it to be sold by the time of the Super Bowl. Since his escapades over the summer, there have been people parking out in front of his house daily. I'm sure that crap gets old after awhile. Goodbye, TO, hello Reggie Wayne.
