Last time I was in the Twin Cities, Mystic Lake and Lake Minnetonka were not one in the same. Isn't "shooting dice" for money against the law?

I dont blame them one bit. The law is skewed so that as soon as the race card is played the balance of justice tips. We all know it, its there, so why not exploit it. If I were him I would do the same thing. Arrest me? You did it because I am black.... stop me? You did it because I am black.....

I would use it every chance I had.

That's what struck me in the article as well. While evading prosecution for one crime, he admits to a greater one!

I hate the Race Card. Anytime it's played, I see it as lazy-azzed BS. Who cares if the albino guy in the corner didn't get charged? You're guilty. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Gambleing with friends is not illegal as long as the house or person running the game isn't charging them to play.

Daunte was charged because he is a celebrity, so the "witnesses" could actually ID him, while the "white guys" got off. (no pun intended). Daunte was one of the first guys to drop trow for the ladies anyways.

This is a big factor for why he wanted out of MN. This will drag on in the MN media, but he'll be sheltered down in Miami.

Also, another reason the Vikings were lucky to get what they did for him. We don't need any crybaby pervs here with gimpy legs.
