murf74 461 Posted April 20, 2006 Scooter, it's 6 pounds on a large frame and you would never notice in a before and after photo. You act like he was 50 pounds overweight. And he weighs less than he did when he played for USC. So why are we even talking about his weight? HE IS LIGHTER NOW THAN HE WAS AS A STUD COLLEGE RB!!!!!!! White kept the best RB in all of college football off the field.... A LOT. He is no chump.

murf74 461 Posted April 20, 2006 He still won't make it to the Steelers I know, this is a media driven non-story. Teams like the Pats and Carolina will draft him first just to name a couple. I just am sticking up for the guy cause I think he is getting a raw deal. He weighs less than he did in college when nobody called him fat. Now he is a tub of lard? The uniform opinion I read from the scouts/managers/people writing about the combine was that he took off his shirt and looked flabby and had man-boobs. And if he's lighter now than in college, that supports his being soft, since muscle weighs more than fat. Go ahead and defend that if you like, but I have a hard time seeing how not running would cause him to grow a B-cup. Not lifting would certainly do it, and not lifting and eating poorly would definately do it.

bigtuna 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Nobody is going to invest first round money on a guy they don't have a close up look at./ Too much risk. Steelers are likely too wise for that. This guy is a 2nd rounder IMO right again

Trainer1 0 Posted April 29, 2006 This drug thing broke the camel's back, now he will drop. I see TENN grabbing him right here in the 2nd or PIT still getting him later this round. surferskin 30 Posted April 30, 2006 Love it! Addai, who couldn't stay healthy during the football season...when they play the games...against college level competition...moves up past White who either tore the hammy after the season OR played through the injury. Ah, the logic of football fans. OWNED!
