Savage Beast 1 Posted April 29, 2006 Are the Saints now in a fantasy football RBBC hell?
Orgazmo 2 Posted April 29, 2006 At least this year. My dynasty teams are taking an ass pounding today.
devildog 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Bush is destined to be in some type of RBBC where ever he went, doesn't mean he won't put up big numbers though.
Savage Beast 1 Posted April 29, 2006 My dynasty teams are taking an ass pounding today. And now you and your dynasty teams have something intimate in common.
Datathief 0 Posted April 29, 2006 No different than Domanick Davis would have been. Whether New Orleans or Houston I see no difference for Bush. Below average blockers. Same question about how much of a workload Bush can handle. Same issue with a quality veteran backing him up. Bush is still Bush. Hurts McAllister's stock like it did Davis's. Really kills Michael Bennett. Maybe the Saints trade or release Bennett now. Davis on the other hand is back in business as a featured back.
famousb 11 Posted April 29, 2006 is McCalllister even supposed to be back 100% this year? most backs take 2 years to come back from a knee injury in pre-injury form. honestly, i could see the two splitting carries this year, but then McCallister being moved in the off-season if it appears Bush could put on a few pounds and be a premiere back. W/ the new coaching staff finally in place I could see NO wanting to "clean house" and start fresh (ala see ya Brooks)
Vince44 205 Posted April 30, 2006 I am really liking that Saints offense, they got weapons all over the place.
XToday 0 Posted April 30, 2006 Until that first pass when Drew Brees's arm falls off right after Donte Stallworth drops it-- all following the announced move to Los Angeles. Then... And ONLY then... Will reality hit you.
big dog 0 Posted April 30, 2006 I could see them both in the game at the same time. Bush has good enough hands that he could be a starter in the NFL as a WR. I think this dimension will make defenses have some major matchup problems because Brees can audible Reggie out of the backfield (maybe get covered by a LB) and into the slot if he sees 8 man fronts and keep him in if he sees 7 man fronts. I also see a lot of misdirection and playaction passes. Just my 2 cents.
