Darb 0 Posted July 31, 2006 i have the tenth pick in a ten man league in this years draft, I plan on going RB/RB/WR/WR but I am really not sure yet which two WR's I want If they are there. I have done tons of mocks and these are the guys usually there: Chambers (occasionally but not often) D Jackson Hines Ward Reggie Wayne Roy Williams Javon Walker Plaxico Burress Joe Horn what combo do ya like
Raider 84 29 Posted July 31, 2006 Wayne or Chambers.
Ignignokt 0 Posted July 31, 2006 Hines for safety, Roy for upside...good combo.
BoltAddiction 0 Posted July 31, 2006 I'm in the same position in the same format. I haven't done a mock yet where Chambers hasn't made it to 30/31 pick, but our league is dominated by RB mentality - so much so that I wouldn't be surprise if Boldin fell into my lap. If I were to employ the RB/RB/WR/WR philosophy and those are my only options, I would definitely take Chambers and think long and hard about Plaxico (while I'm not sold on his attitude, I like that he and Eli have a year under their belt)
Keyser Sose 0 Posted August 1, 2006 Chambers for sure. Plax- strong consideration, solid #1WR with good QB/high power offense Wayne- also strongly consider - should score less than Plax but more consistent weekly as a hands guy and a solid #2 on a fantasy team out of the 4th round. The others I say have too many ???? to draft - DJax could be great but coming off injury I'm hesitant Roy - awesome talent but the system hasn't gelled Javon - will show flashes but be inconsistent Horn - could be great but new chemistry with QB is a huge ? Darb 0 Posted August 1, 2006 i really doubt chambers will make it to me in my real draft but i guess I can hope!
1b4igo 0 Posted August 1, 2006 While i really like Chambers this year, it's hard to pass on Ward. He's been so consistant, that he's a safer bet and then take the best available, and there will be one, in round 4.
