I am chiming back in here for one purpose. To make sure that it doesn't become a bashing "We were right" thread. Accountability to claims? It's already there. It was evidenced yesterday. I was glad, as a Steeler fan, and as a Parker owner.

 

However, those who argued on the other side were, for the most part, not demeaning or belittling. They held their position with solid arguments that had legitimate points. It was good discussion, and frankly, I wouldn't mind engaging in other discussions or arguments with these two, and especially hardball. Intelligent, reasoned discussion is beneficial and fun. They brought up points that had to be dealt with. My contention is with those who look on these things blindly. The two that are most being sought after here did not fall into that category.

 

Were they wrong? Yeah, this time. But I know that I've been wrong a few times. Okay, more than a few. But a good debate comes in when you feel your point worth defending. And so, gentlemen, I thank you for the discussion, and look forward to more in the future.

A 31 carry effort. Great to see that Cowher did not abandon Parker like he did last week. That should certainly erase all doubts about goalline carries.

OK, I am here, and you were right....THIS week, 1 week out of 3 (good in basenball)...nothing was happening on this thread last week after a 20 yard rushing performance, however.

 

FWP had two goal line TD's and that is a great sign (I have started him all 3 weeks), but we'll see if Najeh gets phased in or if this continues. You now have some real evidence that he will get those GL carries. I hope he gets them all year, but at 31 carries I feel like Cowher will limit those some with Davencrap.
