Dascoopman 0 Posted September 21, 2006 OK so guy in my league is wanting to trade TO and needs a RB desperatly, based on my depth at RB with Tiki/R Brown/Gore/C Taylor, I am thinking of offering him Darrell Jackson and Frank Gore for TO and Dillon, I already offered Djack and Taylor and he declined. I have Steve Smith/Reggie Wayne/Coles/Djack as WR right now and we start 2 WR and 2 RB. If you were me would you make that trade hoping come playoff time TO and Steve Smith are healthy and I can ride them to a 3 peat, or would you sit still if you were me? Full Roster and Pt system in my sig. Leave link as always and i'll help you. Thanks

Dascoopman 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I would move on to another team and try to trade some of your RB depth for Harrison, Holt, CJ... I would but nobody else is really looking to trade right now, so you think I should just stay put then and not go for TO?
justrelaxing 3 Posted September 21, 2006 i wuld hold off.........with the QB situation, I would not give up your depth at rb for TO now
irish2007 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Id hold off as well. 1. Dillon is steadily losing carries to Maroney each week. 2. TO is no good for another 2-4 weeks. 3. You might upgrade for another WR with Smith still questionable and now Coles iffy for the weekend.
throttlers 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Normally I would say no, but since you are deep at RB and given the S.Smith situation, I like the trade. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=235524

Plus Gore is killing me cause I have not started him yet cause I can't bring myself to sit Tiki or Brown so if i trade him i'm not gonna have to worry about making that decision in the future and just use Taylor for the bye weeks. gold_finger 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Did he say he desperately needed a RB or do you think he needs a RB? Those are two different things. You could probably just trade Gore for TO straight up with the way Gore's been playing. Unless you want Dillon and you're throwing in Jackson for him. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=235497
J5 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I think you are giving up too much with your trade offer. I would not make this deal right now. I may do Gore straight up for TO but that is about it.
