Need a new QB, who to pick up?

So it looks like Bledsoe will be replaced by Romo. So I'm going to need to drop him. The QBs that are available to me are:

Carr

Brad Johnson

McNair

Kitna

Frye

Alex Smith

 

Who would you pick up and why?

carr and kitna are solid QB. I would pick up carr. u should have done that long time ago. Carr is lot better than Bledso.

I would say Kitna. He is currently the 6th highest QB in points in my league. Mike Martz offense and R Williams/Furrey...I say his success will continue for the rest of the year.

I'd go get Kitna although is on bye this week, If you can get Carr for this week he plays Tennessee, which is never a bad thing.

I vote Carr. He's done with bye week and they may have found a running game.

 

I'm in the same situation and have to drop Bledsoe -- I'm eyeballing JP Lossman (I know, I know) but they are mixing up the OL and look at this playoff schedule: NYJ, MIA, TEN

I think Carr is the safest bet. He's been gone in my league since the draft but all those other have been floating on and off the waiver wire. Kitna's not bad either but I think he's more risky.

I think Kitna is your best bet. He has been surprisingly consistent from a fnatasy perspective, as has Carr. I think I like the offense around Kitna better (better receivers, top to bottom, and a stronger running game), but Carr should do well this season. If you think you can pull it off (since Kitna is still there now), I would try picking up Carr for this week. Then re-evaluate the Carr vs. Kitna thing next week. Or pick them both up, and drop someone else. Thanks for mine.

Ya gotta go with Kitna. I picked him up to replace an injured Trent Green and he has served me well and I actually feel good enough now to let Trent go. I like Carr as well but in a Mike Martz offense you know someone is going to be hurlin the rock. You will have to get used to a couple picks here and there but he is usually good for 250 and 2 TD's. Decent numbers.
