Sho Nuff 720 Posted January 8, 2007 So...the wife and I have been shopping around for mattresses. Â Tried the sleep number...it was pretty good. Â Really liked the memory foam temper pedic like mattresses. Felt the best overall and has a lifetime warranty. Â Â anyone have an experience with those or other recommendations to try? Â Â NOTE: save the "your wife like my mattress, I have a ....." jokes.
Toro 1 Posted January 8, 2007 If you go into any store to buy a Stern's and Foster, simply as for the MAP price (minimum advertised price). This is a price set by Stern's and Foster for retailers selling this product and stores cannot go lower than this price, no matter what. No haggling. Â BTW, talk those fockers down. Mattresses have like 50% markup built into them and those salesmen make some cash off your ass too. I had several good friends work for Mattress Firm in Atlanta for a couple of years so I know the tricks.

SUG 0 Posted January 10, 2007 If you go the temperpedic route...look up Bergad Isoform and check out the reviews. Bought one 2 years ago they are great and 1/2 the price of temperpedic.(just be sure and buy the thick one)
