From a moral standpoint, I have no problem with sleeping with more than one person if you are honest about it, but I suspect there would be few people, men or women, who would be cool with someone who they are seeing regularly focking other people. Put it this way: if you have to ask yourself the question "should I tell them", you know they wouldn't be okay with it and it's already on it's way to being a focked up situation.
