He ran a 4.37 after hurting his foot (or some other lower body part)...he will definately go in the first round. But, I'm with you...I wouldn't take him...he wasn't even the #1 WR on his team. There have been talks about making a trade for Jenkins from Carolina then drafting Ginn.
