Saint Elistan 106 Posted May 10, 2007 Seven or eight years ago my mom and I were visiting a family friend who said her house was haunted. It was already dark outside and I was creeped out enough just talking about it. She said that the Trail of Tears ran behind her house and that she could see people out there just walking by sometimes. I wasn't buying it and neither was my mom. So....my mom just blurts out "If this house is haunted, let it be known now." That very second the alarm clock in the room starts going off! I'm so excited for the new episodes. I didn't know they were in the UK, that is so cool. You'd figure since the UK must have a lot of haunted spots with such a long history. Tragic tale and he should have been watched more carefully; but I learned how to swim the following year. Anyways, when I was young; I used to see his ghost on the front lawn from my bedroom window at night. I never gave it much thought or told anybody until my girlfriend made her first visit 20 years ago. We were hanging out watching the stars along the shoreline and she told me later about the presence of a barefoot, shy little boy wearing a white t-shirt and baggy brown pants. He was walking towards us; but she couldn't tell if he was hesitant to approach because he was dead or a child reacting to strangers. We were looking through some photographs later, came across my favorite, she pointed down and said "That's him!" Although she is a bit flaky and believes in supernatural hooey more than I do; she'd never seen a picture of my brother and I hadn't mentioned him before. Has anyone else seen his ghost? Might be cool to have the ghost hunters to your summer home. Very cool that your girlfriend is so in touch with the supernatural too.
