When I'm instructing somebody, I always say "click" here or there. To me, it's just 2nd nature - it could mean right or left click, single or double click. Those are just things I take for granted. But, if I try really hard, I can remember a time when it wasn't and I try to be more clear/patient the next time. The same goes for upload and download. I'm sure there's a real difference there somewhere, but to me, the words are pretty much synonymous. I mean, you go through the same steps regardless.
