Yer mom 2 Posted June 20, 2007 Im not sure but I really doubt it. If that was the case, every Superbowl they would unquestionably pan around and show legend after legend (even if a ton of players didnt show) of former Superbowl players and pinpoint a big play etc. that player made. I've never seen anything like that

Yer mom 2 Posted June 20, 2007 I read that every NFL player has the ability to PURCHASE 2 tickets. He is claiming that if you have ever PLAYED in the SB, you get them for FREE. Exactly, based on that, id expect to see a much larger turnout of former SB players if they were free. My ex's uncle is Russ Francis, I dont ever remember him saying or hearing that he had free SB tickets for life. At this point, id go 80% no 20% yes Wish I could be of more help

I'd be interested in seeing who is right. I'd put my money on you because that seems more logical, but I could see it going the other way just because that wouldn't be that outrageous of a number to give out really. Supposedly his source is Santana Dotson. He knows the guy. But I could see how "I got two tickets to the super bowl" could easily become "he gets two tickets every year for free because he played in the SB". I scoured the interwebs and found no source for proving nor disproving. That would make me lean more toward it being false. I need some decent proof.

Yeah, I bet most guys who played in the Superbowl have ways of getting their hands on tickets if they wanted, but I doubt it’s a written rule and they just arrive in the mail every year. cmh6476 1,212 Posted June 20, 2007 I can find this out for you rather easily. My state rep is Martin Rucker, his son Mike plays for the Panthers and played for them in the SB against the Pats a few years back. I'll ask him for you next time I see him
