Our realty company contacted my roommate and told us that we have to be out by july 18th because we have received too many noise complaints. (I think they have 8 on record for over 2 years of residency)

 

Right now, I'm living in the bay area for an internship.

Only one roommate is currently living there for the summer, so we agreed to move out july 1st to 900 or so on rent...which means I have 2 weeks to find a place to live for next fall quarter, drive back to San Luis Obispo, and move all my crap.

What I feel more sorry for is my other roommate, who went to Prague for the summer, so his parents will have to come down and take all his stuff to storage

 

I hate San Luis Obispo people, they treat college students like shiat.

ANd no, I don't live in a frat house, I live with 2 friends I met in the dorms. They are both great roommates, we just happen to have neighbors who will call the cops if they hear one cricket of a noise after 10 pm.

 

We were having a Madden tourney one night, just 6 guys, and suddenly a police shows up at the door, told us we were being too loud and gave us a noise warning (which still gets sent to the realty)
