scoring changes - when is too late?

i have a league that's trying to change the scoring system AFTER draft slots have been given out, but BEFORE the draft. the commissioner is drafting 11 of 12.

 

does anyone see a problem with that?

That doesn't seem right. Obviously the early picks will prefer a RB heavy league with non-ppr, while the later picks will prefer less emphasis on the RB and ppr.

 

Without a unanimous vote, I think it's already too late to make scoring changes.

A couple weeks before draft day is about as late as should be allowed, and then only by unanimous vote (or commish decision with no dissenters).

Changes voted on today should be implemented next year.

It's not too late, as long as no one has no players on there team. Just vote on all trades.
