WR/QB Dilemma

Recommended Posts

I've got a tough first week matchup in a 12-team league against the commish and i'm stuck on who I should start at QB and my WR3.

Do I go with:

Romo @ home against NYG or

Mcnabb @ GB

as for my WR3:

V. Jackson @ home against CHI or

B. Berrian @ SD

Any help/advice would be appreciated. The rest of my starters are:

Addai

T. Henry

Roy Williams

R. Wayne

V. Davis

Seattle Def

Gostkowski

Thanks! I'll help you out if you request it.

For what it's worth GB def last vs the pass week 8 settled down to 16th by years end. NYG pass d finished 28th. I say McNabb. Check the weather on both games. SD vs CHI is a tough one. It will be a TOP battle between two good defenses. I feel SD wins this part of the game, and therefore VJ has more targets/rec.

mcbutter at home. always.

can't give much input on the WR situation. i'd say VJ because the chargers O is going to be on the field more. that bears O is going nowhere in SD.

I say McNabb too, but I like Berrian a little better than Jackson here. I think the Bears will be forced to throw deep more often, which means more targets for Berrian.

Tough choice. I think Romo will have a good day against the Giants but like was said earlier, you gotta go with McNabb againt a very suspect Packers secondary.

And I think you go with VJAX even though I think SD will go up early and Chicago will have to throw to get back into the game.

Never bench McNabb when healthy - EVER.

As for the WRs, I'll say Berrian. I'm still waiting for San Diego to prove that their WRs are worth actually starting.

Start your best players.

McNabb is the obvious Qb choice.

wr...... eh...... I kind of like Berrian this year.

I'm going to have to say that McNabb would be the obvious choice at QB and should put up good numbers against a Packers squad that's in for a miserable season

As for the WR position, personally I think that Jackson is the better player and will put up better numbers this season. However, in this particular matchup, I see San Diego going up early and Chicago having to throw a lot to catch up, making Berrian a good bet to find the endzone

I have Romo...wish I had McNabb, I would start McNabb for sure this week. I also think that Vincent Jackson will have a better game this week but it's a toss-up between those WRs.
