MBIII/JJ combo for McGahee/Colston? Yes or No

I'm in a pinch, especially this week with Roy Williams on a bye and now with Branch going down. I was offered McGahee and Colston for my MBIII/Julius Jones combo. Is this a fair offer? Should I accept?

I can't imagine you'd start both Dallas RBs on any given week so it's basically like you're giving up 1 RB to get another RB and WR. I kinda like this deal just because you're WR situation is pretty nasty and while you give up 2 good RBs, now you won't have to kick yourself about which to start.
