Bowe or Branch

It seems that Bowe's production is starting to slow with LJ and Gonzo heating up. Also Huard hasn't been looking so hot lately. Regardless he's still the "#1" WR on his team.

 

For all the talk about Branch, he only scored 4 TDs last year, with a large number of crappy games. With Shaun Alexander sucking it up though, Seattle might be forced to pass it more.

 

If it matters at all, my other WRs are Andre Johnson, Holt, Lee Evans, (and Bowe).

 

Scoring is 1 pt / 20 yards, 6 pts per TD.

I was about to say Bowe, but you need to look at the next few games for each

 

Bowe: GB, DEN, INDY, OAK, SD

Branch: CLE, SF, CHI, STL, PHI

 

The matchups obviously favor Branch go with him.

i'd go with bowe. branch is very inconsitent. i like bowe to keep getting better as the yr goes on.

I like Bowe more as well.

 

I think he's much more talented, and may continue to improve as the season goes on.

 

I think you already know what you have with Branch, and it's not all that much.

It seemed like Branch and Hasselbeck had a "connection" before Branch went down with an injury.

Both guys are pretty solid so I don't think it would come back to bite you either way you go. If I had to choose between them, I would probably stick with Bowe. I think that his upside is tremendous. While his fantasy numbers have declined slightly, he is still extremely solid. Branch has been somewhat notorious for his ability to disappear at times. I like Bowe.

I like what i saw with Branch in there after the first week. He was getting a ton of looks. I think he only had one touchdown in the three games after week1, but in those two other games he went over 100 yards. And when he went down with that injury Hass looked lost. I think Branch is a big part of the game plan. Bowe is definatley solid, but i think he is option #3 in KC. LJ and Gonzalez get most of the looks. And i don't think that SEA would give up a 1st round draft pick and then not use Branch....i like Branch
