GridIronAssassin#1 0 Posted November 22, 2007 Bucks +125 WINNER I know the Lakers are playing much better this year and even have taken out Phoenix in Phoenix, but the Bucks at home just have much better numbers than on the road. I know the Bucks can't play out west when they go out there, so I'm hoping the opposite occurs here. POST Comment: Bucks stay unbeaten at home. Kobe Bryant missed a bunch down the stretch which helped. Hawks +8 WINNER I guess I like the scorers Joe Johnson and Josh Smith to put up enough points to keep it interesting. Post comment: Should've taken the Hawks straight up. Well, I never would've been able to call a straight up win in Miami with Wade playing so well. Sacramento +13.5 LOSER The Kings almost came back and almost beat these guys last night. Does going on the road really account for all these points? No injuries from last night, flow of the game and momentum seems to be more with Sacramento, energy level should be about the same, so I like the points. Post comment: Yea , they just played yesterday but it appears Phoenix may have been saving some energy for tonight. I got swindled here as Phoenix rolled from the get go. I saw all those points and fell for this big sucker bet. Marquette +170 LOSER I have to say common sense tells me that Duke is the play, but I can't help but think that Marquette beat these guys last year and Marquette has all their players playing and they are not injured. Duke did play real smooth against Illinois yesterday, so it does scare me a bit. But, the bet is in and I'm on Marquette to win straight up. POST Game comment: The difference between this year's loss and last year's win is simple. KYLE SINGLER ** adding Michigan +3.5 1st half LOSER Seems like Butler has had trouble in the first half with their opponents. So I expect Michigan to play a good 1st half and be within a bucket. POST GAME commentary; Michigan was never in it and Georgetown blowing out Michigan the other day is more about Michigan being bad than Georgetown being good. Hurricane Ditka 0 Posted November 22, 2007 I am home for the next 5 days with nothing to do but sit around with my recovering daughter (21 days in the hospital) who is finally home. We are going to eat everything in sight, I got a case of red wine and watch some sports. The wife is putting up the Christmas tree right now and wearing some flannel pants and a hot little cotton tee. I think I am in heaven right now. Other than my Home Depot crisis. phillybear 366 Posted November 22, 2007 My night fallen into a drunken idea of playing a bunch of 1st and 2nd H plays, thinking my luck will change on the late games. If Huggins beats Tennessee with all of Tennessees' starters back, I'll be shocked. Thornton gone from Florida State and revenge on Florida's mind from last year. Also Florida wants to believe they are a good team so they should pull this one off. Not really much to say, since I'm only playing them straight up. Just trying to avoid a dog winning outright blowing up in my face. Post game comments: Shouldn't have been so gungho on Florida. In fact I was liking Florida State until I read the pregame analysis on yahoo about Florida. Dammmn, killed both bets. Although Gonzaga and Dallas didn't do me any favors in the 1st parlay. Going to have to dig deep to find a winner now. Good Luck!

Lofton hasn't hit his stride this season yet. Abrams and Augustin were too much for Tennessee to handle. 3 teamer==>>Boston-400, North Carolina-360, Virginia -450 LOSER 2 teamer==>>Milwaukee +150 & Hawks -200 WINNER 3 teamer==>> Milwaukee +150, Viginia-400, North Carolina -360 LOSER Post comment: Obviously it's not smart to have the same team in 3 parlays, but the time the bets were made I thought the other parlays were dead. Boston steals the ball and hits a 3 to win by one point with 4 seconds left. Wisconsin has a hell of second half after being beat in the first. I underestimated Seton Hall of the Big East, but also may have rated Virginia a little too high with their recent wins. The team I thought was going to get beat was Louisville by Old Dominion, but that didn't happen. 2 teamer==>> Cal Riverside -175 & Nevada +3.5 LOSER I grabbed this one from PhillyBear tonight. GridIronAssassin#1 0 Posted November 28, 2007 November 27th: 4Teamer: Bucks-260, Denver -350, Lakers -900, Duke -480 LOSER Gotta like the Bucks tonight being undefeated at home playing a weak 76ers team. I'm not sure why the spread is only 6.5 which worries me greatly, but I took the Bucks to win only. Still, I hope it's not a claymore mine ready to explode. I took Denver to win at home straight up, mainly because they play so well at home. I'll admit Indiana has been playing better lately, but this is in Denver's house. Denver should be rested, right? Lakers at home should beat an inexperienced team that seems more like a college basketball team to me. If the Lakers lose straight up, well, they shouldn't lose. Duke to win straight up because Alondo Tucker and Kamron Taylor are gone. I'll admit I was impressed the way Wisconsin came back and dominated Georgia in the second half of their last game, but Duke is out for blood this year. Duke beat a very experienced Marquette team. I'm not saying BO Ryan won't have his team ready, but he's still figuring out who will be the big scorers, I think. In Game commentary; Bucks down 32-18 after the 1st quarter. Fuuuuuuckin aye this looks bad... Good Luck All..............

GridIronAssassin#1 0 Posted November 29, 2007 3 team parlay===>>> Hawks -165, Michigan State -480,Detroit -420 WINNER 4 team parlay===>>>Detroit -420, Michigan State -460, California +3.5, Portland -200 LOSER Pregame rationale or lack there of: Detroit at home has to be looking at revenge for Lebron who enters the Palace tonight. This is an energy bet for me because I can't believe a team can come in after beating Boston in OT yesterday beats a team that is well rested and on their home turf. I like Michigan State on their home turf as well. I know NC State burned Villanova by one point the other day, but I think playing in East Lansing Michigan will go to the favor of Michigan State. I'm fading the Bucks tonight because they showed up at home yesterday with no energy. They couldn't get up to defend their home court against a mediocre team or even below that. It seems like it just wasn't worth the trouble for them. So, I think they'll have trouble turning it on in Atlanta, where Atlanta seems to play fairly well. No reason to think Atlanta will come in too complacent like the Bucks did yesterday against Philly. I'm playing for the Bucks to be beat again. I've got Portland to win in the 2nd parlay because Indiana just played last night, and to my surprise only 11 Denver players suited up. Thus, Denver tires out early at home and loses. I would like to see if Indiana can come out of Denver where it is already far west from their home court and on the very next day go further west to beat a rested Portland team. My money is on Portland to win. I like California this year alot. Ryan Anderson is the real deal. Anyone that watched an ounce of college basketball last year knows how dynamic of a player he is. Well, mix in a 1st round NBA draft for next year, Devon Hardin who is returning to Cal to play his senior year along with other scoring options Christopher and Randle and you have a star studded lineup. Nevada is good, but they're missing some key components from last year's great team. Good Luck All

GridIronAssassin#1 0 Posted November 29, 2007 Thursday plays: 5 team parlay==>>Boston -12.5, Denver +190, Houston -1.5, USC -260, Packers +240 LOSER Add: 2 team 5 point teaser=> Houston +3.5 & USC EVEN LOSER Boston should be able to clear that spread against Stephon Marbury and the Knicks with their eyes closed. Boston is eager to get back to their winning ways and should do it with an exclamation point! Denver should get Martin back in the lineup tonight, so I am gambling on that. But history shows us that Denver outplays the Lakers so I'll forfeit home court advantage for one team's dominance over the other. Houston and Golden State both played and won yesterday. I think Houston has Yau Ming playing at an extremely high level, so I see no reason why that shouldn't continue in Golden State. USC has some young stars that should prove to be too much for Oklahoma to overcome. And the NFL is a business. Can a win by either team promote more interest in the NFL? I think so. I think if Dallas wins, the average fan still looks at the Pats as unbeatable and not as much interest in a Pats/Cowboys superbowl. However, if the Pack wins tonight, NFL fans will have a renewed interest with the dream possibility of the Pack and Patriots meeting in the superbowl. I think this potential matchup will drive interest, and thus drive up ratings of NFL games for television and sales for NFL paraphanalia, etc. Good Luck All

GridIronAssassin#1 0 Posted November 30, 2007 11/30 Plays: 2 teamer: SA-650 & Marquette -17.5 WINNER 2 teamer; Bucks Even & SA -650 LOSER Boston -150 WINNER I'm taking the Bucks because they had a day off to think abot how bad they played the last 2 days. I expect a rise in energy to preserve some self dignity even though it's being played in New York. Marquette should destroy UWMilwaukee and the idea that instate rivals always play close games shouldn't work here. Marquette is in the upper echelon of teams and UWMil is a bad Horizon League team. I did parlay San Antonio with both of these to take away any loss of the juice. Parker is on fire and playing in Minnesota shouldn't hinder San Antonio's play. I guess I really like Boston this year. Miami played them close in Boston in the last matchup, but I think Boston will be out for revenge. A good team out for revenge, even though they didn't actually lose that game, is a dangerous thing. Good Luck All
