Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted November 11, 2007 Yardage and points based on distance for touchdown only. Sexpert advice not needed...but thanks! Altho that does not tell me much, here goes: I would bench Winslow. Pitt D is #1 vs the pass and 3rd in passing TD's allowed. Troy P will likely cover Winslow most of the day and he is arguable the best safety in the game. The probability for a big day is not very good. The downside risk outweighs the upside potential. Holmes: Sans Winslow's matchup, he would be in the running for the pine. But, even tho he will likely only get 15-20 touches, Denver is dead last vs the rush. Don't see a lot of yds here, but I do see a score. And, some receiving yds. Boldin: Come on, it's Detroit (30th vs pass). Looking like a shootout to me and he is the red zone threat. Big upside here. Little risk. Roy: Come on, it's STILL Az. And, Martz is Martz. No brainer. The is the time of year when rookie WR's kind of hit the wall (Megatron). Plus Megatron has been dinged. More targets for Roy. GL Sexpert advice, when in doubt, rub one out! Edit: Kind of missed Jennings. I'd start him over Holmes, especially with distance bonus. GB can't run, Minny doesn't give up much on the ground and Favre will have to throw it all over the Humpty Dump. Also, re Winslow, Anderson he is still a rookie in terms of experience. Pitt's complex blitz package will bother him. If Cle runs a lot of checkdowns to KW, Pitts will adjust quickly and take that away.

Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted November 11, 2007 That'd be Santonio, not Priest. Thanks for your insight! Doesn't really matter much. S Holmes is a speed guy dealing with a gimpy hammy. Not a good combo if one has other choices which you do. That's a nice stable of WR's btw. I'd love to have your choices. This yr it's a crap shoot if I can even field a full lineup every week. I have had so many injuries that every week, more than 1/2 my starting lineup came from the WW.

Holmes, Pittman (p/up after the Cadillac injury) Norwood....the list goes on. Thanks again!

spottedowl 1 Posted November 11, 2007 Why is that guy not in my league???? Said he had too many RB's on the bench. He also said it was a 12 team league.
TheBlade 3 Posted November 11, 2007 I had a friend at work tell me he dropped Fred Taylor because he needed a receiver and picked up Curry. I had somebody in my league drop Gore to pick Dunn. Gore lasted on the WW about 10 mins til I picked him up..
Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted November 11, 2007 Here's the short list, there are way more. Most drafted, a couple WW PU's. LJ Bulger Henry McCalister Branch Glenn Bruce Brandon Jackson Warner My team name is now TeamSodomMe. 'Cuz I take in the A$$ every week. I have 2 of my top 7 draft choices (and only 1 other draft choice, a D) in my starting lineup currently, Bulger and Driver. I deserve it, I won the SB last year, no complaints.
