Vikings4ever 550 Posted August 20, 2008 Under "Raise Funds" there is a "Special Training" option which provides LEVEL based upon the number of turns you burn. More turns = more levels. Also, NUKING countries helps some. Sniping is dangerous and pisses people off. But in exchange for 7 turns, you'll get 10 levels. Yes, best to hit a loner than to hit an individual in a crew. If you want to be a bully, calculate your lowest "in range" attack net worth. Your NW - 25%, and then do a search on the attack page within that lowest range up to your range. You'll have the best chance against those people. For the level training, using 189 turns gives the best turn/level ratio. Nuking is very good, 7,000+ recruits, or a few trillion dollars in return. When you find someone in a country with 5 recruits, refresh a couple times. If the recruit level doesn't change (or doesn't change much), it's a newbie who can't do sh*t against you. Maybe, 7-turns per strike, if you win, you get level and money and wear down their weapons. Later in the stages, I've seen returns of as high as 15-levels per 7-turns of strike. I just made a huge mistake... wandering into the battlefield at a high traffic time... the PC stuttered for just a moment... and I was sniped for 80,000 troops in a matter of seconds. Fockers. Also, you can attack him right now without fear of getting killed by his crewmates. In order to attack someone, you must be within 25% (+/-) of their net worth. DSxcortex is the dude's name. the reason I'm waiting until the end of the round to burn him to the ground is that his crew has got some REALLY powerful members in it. I took his troops level from 188,000 to just under 90,000 and caused massive amounts of damage. If he's still in my net worth range, I'd like to see him try to attack me. If he manages to rebuild and leap-frog you, he'll be able to assault you an unlimited number of times until 24-hours is up. This has happened to me a number of times. Destroyed his attacker. Then I saw someone in the guy's crew who was in range and launched an assault on him, and a few hits in, the site went down. Based on some profiles I've read, I believe grudges are held from round to round if you want to do that. I'm pissed the site is down, I wanted to finish my attack before the 8PM reset so I could be prepared to rebuild should retribution come my way. Crap.
