Joey Gladstone 33 Posted October 19, 2008 I guess St. Louis gets their coach fired and finally decides they want to play ball. Good news for the Boys is that they might get to host a cupcake Wildcard game this year. Their playoff win drought might finally be over.
Giants Fan 85 Posted October 19, 2008 Well maybe T.O. will do like a loser/complainer "I WAS OPEN!" dance ... and that will be the start of the T.O. problem. So, you have that to look forward to. DING! DING! DING! Right on time.

Giants Fan 85 Posted October 19, 2008 Notice how Eli drifts passes to the back of the end zone. You got crossing guys you gotta cover too, and the RBs ... but unless you have a 6' 8" DB .... Plax is gonna have that reach. Or nobody catches it. I make it sound simple, but it's really hard to float up a pass and have your WR be tall enough, and get the feet down, and getting it over the DB's reach. Threading a needle. That pass in the Superbowl, he was wide open. I haven't disected that play, like frame by frame or anything, but I'll guess, the DB bought some kinda fake .... even for a step. Did Plax pull an ankle breaker off the line? I haven't looked at the play closely enough ..... but he was pretty freakin open for the last few seconds in the 4th quarter of the Superbowl. Everyone talks about the Tyree catch, but it wouldn't matter if it wasn't for that last TD. Right?

South Beach 0 Posted October 19, 2008 Embarassing in all facets of the game.... undisciplined play combined with a complete absence of heart and character. Things will get worse before they get better.

roroco 75 Posted October 19, 2008 In the DC area, the DAL/STL game was taken off the air for the NYG/SF... Sad day when a Cowboys games gets the programmers cut, especially in this area. I love it.

roroco 75 Posted October 19, 2008 What does number of posts have to do with the fact you're an idiot that didn't show up after the Giants got humiliated? Shut the fock up. You're a tool. I never said I was a Giants' fan. I can't stand the Cowboys, but I am no fan of any NFC East team. Tool Edit: I may have replied to the wrong thread. You only posts here when the Giants are winning. You talk shiot when they win, but are nowhere to be found when they lose. Clear enough for you????
jerryskids 7,194 Posted October 19, 2008 I agree. A healthy Romo may not even solve the problems. They were losing with Romo in. Just not as ugly. They were a sloppy win against a shiotty Bungles team away from staring at a 4-game losing streak.
Giants Fan 85 Posted October 19, 2008 Not true ... but you wouldn't know because you WEREN'T HERE ... back when the Giants lost to the Ravens in the Superbowl. So ... seriously, STFU .... before I hafta really make fun of you.

Giants Fan 85 Posted October 19, 2008 Seems like something supernatural will have to happen for them to miss the playoffs. It will, of course. It is just a matter of when. The big "IF" .... and I know because he used to be the QB in New York is ...."IF Warner can stay healthy." Not to say that Leinart wouldn't be a fine QB ... as a mater of fact, I think they should be (and maybe they are) grooming Matt to start. Doesn't seem that way though. No plan for the future. It's a consistent problem for the Cards.
Giants Fan 85 Posted October 19, 2008 FYI, Collins was SUPPOSED to groom Eli ..... but supposedly, he didn't want to do that ... so the Giants hired Warner. And Warner got hurt ... and the rest is history.
GhostofMeanMachine99 1 Posted October 19, 2008 In a pre-game segment, Nate Newtown found time to put down his donut and bong to say that, in essence, Dallas have no leaders on that team. Deion Sanders said the same thing. Discuss.

Giants Fan 85 Posted October 19, 2008 Sander's said that? Neon Dion? Prime Time? The greatest SHUTDOWN CORNER to ever play in the NFL? I'd go with what he said then.
philmckracken 3 Posted October 20, 2008 Maybe the cowboys can trade Romo and T.O. for the Titans defense.
xenophobe 1 Posted October 20, 2008 This is a talented team, though perhaps not as talented than they think they are. They are a collection of egos and they lack leadership. The result? They're a mediocre 6-6 in their last 12 games and have not looked like the elite team everyone thinks they should be since beating GB last November.
