I clicked the esquire link and got sidetracked by the "Women we love" photos. Damn these chicks are HOT. I need to run to the bathroom now real quick.

It may not have been a decimal loss but I once lost a superbowl by 1 point on that week's Monday night game when my QB Aaron Brooks took 3 knees at -1,-1,-1 rushing. It brought his rushing down below a certain total resulting in the loss of a 2pt QB bonus for rushing standard in that league.

I've lost twice this season (different leagues) by less than one point, with one of thoe being 0.14 pts!) but the one that stands out in my mind was a few years back when Joe Horn was about to catch a 40 yard bomb, wide open at the goal line and the GD back judge didn't move and toko him out at the goal line. It would have been a 10/11 pt play and vaulted me into the playoffs. Instead I lost by 7 and missed the playoffs by 1 win.

this past week..... was up by 42 points going into monday night....the other team had mcnabb, akers and philly defense.....mcnabb had one of his best games akers followed suit and the defense had a great game lost by 4 points!!!!!!!! what was andy thinking throwing the ball already up by 21 points 8 minutes left ......andy killed my championship dreams

Yeah, QB kneel downs suck ... they shouldn't count as negative yards.

 

Here are a few of my heartbreaks ....

Westbrook stopping short of the goaline ....

Pitt D a few weeks ago scoring last second TD vs SD only to be taken away

Was going against AVinateri a few years ago, was up by 5 pts, had the win for sure ... until he throws a TD for 6

 

But I've been on the other side for sure ....

Romo's game where he threw 5 INTs that was costing me but then he came back for one more drive to win the game giving me the reception/yards I needed for a .1 win.

 

Can't remember the particulars but I needed like 7 TDs between Culpepper/Moss years back on a Sunday night .. they did it giving me a 1pt victory.

 

Now I feel better ....
