remote controller 143 Posted October 20, 2009 The field goal given up last night in the 3rd qtr. marks the only points the Broncos Defense has given up since the week 1 TD with 2 minutes to play in the game vs the Bengals. I owned them early and dropped them for another Defense two weeks ago due to their (what I thought) brutal schedule. They still produced and I wish I still owned them. American Chewy 98 Posted October 20, 2009 they are now an every week start except against maybe the top 2-3 offenses in the league. as far as i can see, that would only include road games against indy (wk 14) and philly (wk 16), and possibly giants though thats at home and the way the saints def did against them, dont see why denver can't have a good game too. remaining sked: wk 7-bye wk 8-@bmore wk 9-pitt wk 10-@wash wk 11-SD wk 12-NYG wk 13-@kc wk 14-@indy wk 15-oak wk 16-@philly this def has shown they can handle almost anyone (see game vs NE), esp at home. picked em up when they played oak a few weeks ago and have held on to them during this "rough" stretch and glad i did. Still rolling with Green Bay, so not that concerned, but the rise of the Denver D is just another reason not to burn anything other than a very late pick on a DST.
