ok so in advance this being my first year i appreciate all the help. I herd this is the palce to go for good info.

 

rules of my league. 12 man league. points are

 

6 points per passing/rushing/recieving.

 

1 point per 10 yards recieving/rushing.

 

1 point per 20 passing.

 

-2 for a pic

 

-1 for a fumble

QB- Cuttler QB- Schaub

RB- AP RB- AP

RB- Forsett RB- Forsett

WR- Roddy White WR- Jennings

WR- Calvin johnson WR- TJ Housh.

TE- Vernon davis. TE- Vernon Davis

basically i did 2 differnt stragagies. Team A i waited till the 6th to grab a Qb...cuttler

 

TEam b i scooped up schaub in the 3rd..

So you're looking at the difference between Cuttler and Schaub versus the difference between your receiving corps.

Who'd you get as your backup QB to Cuttler? I might be willing to roll the dice if I had a solid back up. Still, I think the difference is pretty negligible and I'd rather have Schaub, I trust that offense more. Just my quick take.

I'd take A...but as already mentioned, you better have a quality QB2. I like Schaub, but the Texans have the toughest schedule this year including some tough matchups against solid secondaries (Colts/Skins/Jets/Raiders). Plus TEN will be better than last year.

It's telling you don't grab Schaub in the third. Can you get him in the fourth? Can you get Manning in the third? I wonder if in your scenario you had Manning instead of Schaub if the vote would be different.

A is certainly the better team but some commentary on your RB situation... I like Forsett's potential, but no way do I count on him as an RB2 from the outset.

Team A. Ur upgrade at wr is worth the projected dowgrade on ur qb
