Matt Mueller 148 Posted October 25, 2010 Running backs rarely 'get it' in the NFL and having already bought and sold the McFadden hype this guy wasn't on my radar at all. Fail.
itsbigmoni 1 Posted October 25, 2010 I read an article and it said mcfadden has had at least 120 yards from scrimmage in every game he played this year.
BingoBrown 8 Posted October 25, 2010 Wasn't on my draft board. I generally try to avoid RBBC situations, which is how I thought it would play out in Oakland. I was also concerned about DMC's injury history, but that's already been a problem once this season, and I'd bet on it happening again.
eaglesfreak 10 Posted October 25, 2010 I had a chance to draft him in the 11th round and went with michael bush instead UGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
Criper 24 Posted October 25, 2010 With his injury history, I wasn't interested, and I took Bush in round 12 on my big money league as my last RB, and felt good about that. LOL, I just looked at my draft and McFadden went in the last round, 14th round, almost Mr. Irrelevent.
Kent 228 Posted October 25, 2010 Bush went before him in my league. I got him in the 7th or 8th round. He's been the steal of the year. I would say Arian Foster is, but he went early in my league. Smart owner snatched Foster up quick.
Eriadoc 4 Posted October 25, 2010 Bush went right around his ADP in my league, but DMC went undrafted. I lost in week one and spent my WW pickup on DMC. I've played him every week he's been on the field since.
stosher1 0 Posted October 25, 2010 Bush in the 9th / McFadden in the 10th. The one the Raiders have been able to do in the past is run the ball. I was set with Gore/Benson/Brown already, so I took a chance on the tandem hoping one would step up.
s8ntandrew 0 Posted October 25, 2010 I took him in the 7th round, Bush went in the 8th. I needed a #3 RB and he was the best option. I only went with him over Bush because of Bush's preseason injury. I figured if McFadden was at least passable I could trade him before Bush came back. How much of this is game is luck, again?

mobb_deep 920 Posted October 25, 2010 He'll be hurt again in a week or two.
De Novo 0 Posted October 25, 2010 Picked him up in all 3 leagues before Michael Bush's injury. Had him 71st overall on my big board and took him between the 8th and 10th round of 8, 10, 12 teamer. I just couldn't pass up a former #4 overall pick who had been at least adequate, with an improved o-line and new QB.
mambokings 0 Posted October 25, 2010 I also wanted to draft McFadden this year, but I just missed it. The same thing happened to me wanting Ladainian Tomlinson. They were both late-round guys, but someone grabbed Tomlinson the very pick in front of me, just as I was ready to click DRAFT. Ugh. Draft timing was a biyatch this year. travis_henrys_baby_momma 10 Posted October 25, 2010 The Oakland backfield.....like the siren's song....who can resist? I can! This is a mirage. It will not last.
pittnthat 0 Posted October 25, 2010 My 12 team keeper league voted to go to 10 keepers this year(was 7). I traded one of my 1st round picks (#12 overall) in the 1st round for him. In a keeper league this spot is for the Chad Ocho's and Steve Smiths of the world. Everybody thought I was crazy but next year would be hard to get a young back. In college was amazing. How many backs could I get next year with 60 players kept? I think he will be a star for many years and he has saved my season. The only problem I have this year is picking the right rb from week to week as I have 5 real good ones.
