McBain 13 Posted November 30, 2010 All 15 of the current list was drafted in my league... Is that a 14 team league? I call BS on Peyton Hillis being drafted. He came out of nowhere.
idiotec 31 Posted December 1, 2010 Is that a 14 team league? I call BS on Peyton Hillis being drafted. He came out of nowhere. In both my 10-Team leagues Hillis is the only one on the list NOT drafted. In what leagues were any of these guys sans Hillis not drafted? Either way, it does not support the OP's position of "WW is the way to go!"

Jagman77 0 Posted December 1, 2010 Ok. I'm on a 10-team, TD-based scoring, redraft league that has been together for over ten years (not a dummy in the lot). I placed the draft position next to the "current top-15 RBs". We drafted the Tuesday before the start of the season. Rd Pick 6 2 1. Arian Foster HOU Waiver 2. Peyton Hillis CLE 1 2 3. Adrian Peterson MIN 6 9 4. LeSean McCoy PHI 1 3 5. Maurice Jones-Drew JAC 3 9 6. Jamaal Charles KC 1 1 7. Chris Johnson TEN 1 5 8. Frank Gore SF 2 6 9. Rashard Mendenhall PIT 1 4 10. Michael Turner ATL 7 7 11. Matt Forte CHI Waiver 12. Darren McFadden OAK 8 5 13. Ahmad Bradshaw NYG 1 9 14. Ray Rice BAL 10 5 15. L Tomlinson NYJ Running backs drafted in the first three rounds that are not on the "current" top-15 list include: Greene(NYJ), Matthews, Grant, Addai, Brown, DeAngWilliams. My best RB waiver move was dropping DeAng and picking up Fred Jackson a month ago.
jerryskids 5,206 Posted December 1, 2010 12 team league ... Hillis drafted in the 14th. I drafted Hillis a round or two before that in my 12 team $ league. Caught some shiot for it at the time as well. It is a keeper league and RBs go early and often. I kept drafting WR value until I realized I only had 3 RBs (MJD, Bradshaw, and Caddy). Looked at my cheat sheet and crickets were chirping. I figured oh well, Hillis is in an RBBC in shiothole Cleveland, should be good for some TD vultures hopefully. De Novo 0 Posted December 1, 2010 Is that a 14 team league? I call BS on Peyton Hillis being drafted. He came out of nowhere. If your draft took place after Montario Hardesty was injured, then I can see him being drafted. I had him as my #160 player overall in the one league I drafted after Hardesty was hurt, so I imagine that I would have drafted him in a 14 teamer or a deep 12 teamer. Some people were probabl higher on him than I was, as well.
