Gepetto 994 Posted October 5, 2011 They're really that bad at assembling a team, I guess. Knox - OK Roy Williams - garbage Devin Hester - not a receiver Earl Bennet - OK #4, and hurt Dane Sanzenbacher - decent #4 or #5, but that's it.
Jags_win_this_year 0 Posted October 5, 2011 He's said he will only play with the Pats, I think they would really have to convince him that they are a superbowl contender. Right now they can't keep their QB upright long enough for Randy to get open on one of his fly routes.
Gepetto 994 Posted October 5, 2011 According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Randy Moss would be open to returning to the NFL on a winning team with a quality quarterback for the right compensation.Schefter lists the Patriots, Eagles, Jets, Giants, Cowboys and Bears as possible fits for the retired wideout. The Giants are the most desperate of the bunch, as injuries have ravaged their depth. However, Moss isn't a good match for Tom Coughlin, and may not view the GMen as a legit contender. If Moss does return from retirement, look for him to do so when teams start to separate from the pack. Sep 25 - 10:52 AM
Busted by the Feds 9 Posted October 5, 2011 I'm surprised the Packers aren't on the list.

bjsteel 34 Posted October 5, 2011 Lovie Smith would be a good fit for Moss!
The Hood 9 Posted October 5, 2011 Why does no one seem to remember Moss was on 3 teams last year and sucked on all of them? He's done. Let it go.
VinegarStrokes 0 Posted October 5, 2011 Who would throw to him? I am just joking. Chicago has to have one of the toughest schedules the first 5 weeks. If they come out of it 3-2 they are in great shape.

Tennessee lost Britt for the season, was the last team to have moss, worked out a half dozen guys to fill in, and Moss wasn't one of em. That should tell you all you need to know. SameSongNDance 0 Posted October 5, 2011 How could you question a team who thinks Roy Williams was/is talented enough to bring in and start. For as as big of a baby Cutler is, he has an even bigger arm. I wish they would have had the common sense to bring in someone who can exploit this fact...be it Randy Moss or someone else.
