This is how defenses used to be allowed to opperate, which is why the run game was so important. With teams relying so much on the pass it makes the lack of calls that much harder to handle.

I've enjoyed the lax defensive pass-interference rules. Feel like DBacks have a fighting chance again. Most of the games have been real close and teams like the Pats and Saints can't just run up and down the field.

I watched the entire Pats/Cards game; there were no egregious missed PI calls on either side that I can recall.
