pee-diddy 27 Posted September 21, 2012 Got to thinking of the man love I have for Eli this year. So glad I nabbed him late when I did. Honestly can't think of many other QB's I'd rather roll with in my QB-heavy league! Keep it up, Eli! On that note... what's everyone requesting/getting in exchange for Eli? LSUtiger 9 Posted September 21, 2012 More to the point, Eli is worth nothing at this point. No QBs are really because the position is so goddam deep this year. I.e., would any owner of Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Stafford or Cam Newton want Eli at this point? No Would any owner of Ryan, RG3, Vick or even Romo be willing to move a player to obtain Eli? No

No Pretty much. You're still looking to have a top 3 option at the position, but if you don't you would rather just deal with it. I am not trying very hard to move RG3 in the leagues I have Brees in. I see a lot of Brady and RG3 owners who are just starting RG3 over Brady and not bothering to move either. It's expensive insurance for an injury and that's about it at this point. Maybe you start the one that has to play Week 16 just in case the other one has the 1 seed locked up, but I don't think that is happening with the top QBs this year. sperri40 12 Posted September 21, 2012 It depends on the depth of your league. We are a 10- team league, but we start two QBs. Is there a market for Eli in our league? Um...yeah.
pee-diddy 27 Posted September 22, 2012 Thus far Eli has and seems like he will continue to hang with the "heavyweight" QB's like Brady, Brees, Stafford, etc. He's top tier status IMO. Plus for those who waited a bit to draft a QB, that means you also got a few other quality players ahead of Eli.
