Waiver Wire Gold?

Recommended Posts

There are a lot of players sitting on the waiver wire and I have a spot open. How do you rank 'em in a standard league? I will go with the majority.

Daniel Thomas

Andre Roberts

Danario Alexander

Antonio Brown

Cecil Shorts

I actually picked up D Thomas and A Roberts this week. I was able to manuvuer enough through the season to allow me to have two spots open. I am in a 10 team league. Setting at 6-4 and the #4 position after 10 weeks.

1-Roberts

2-Shorts

3-Alexander

4-Brown

Anyone have a DEEP sleeper at RB for this week? :( Im normally pretty good at RB with AP, Chris Johnson, McFadden, and Leshoure. But AP and CJ on bye and McPussy hurt again i need damn RB. Have Ingram on bench but Sproles looks to be back this week so that is even more of a mess.

No crap. Check out the garbage i have to pick from to fill RB this week and need a win.

It can depend on bench size. Guys don't want to let go of handcuffs, backups, or injured players just for potential.

Out of that list i would go with D.Richardson and a couple of boom or bust sleepers are L.Stevens Howling playing Atlanta and they've given up 100 yds rushing to every team they've played so far and i'm hearing that R.Mathews might not play (concussion symptoms) this week so R.Brown or J.Battle with the edge to Brown. I'd throw D.Woodhead in there also.

Alexander and Shorts.

I'd be pretty surprised if Shorts was still out there.

Deep sleeper at RB? How about Mark Ingram, Saints. The offense is ready to roll and they are handing him the rock. If he gets a TD at Oak he's a decent RB2 play.

If you have him on your bench I would not worry about Sproles too much, I think they think this running thing is going and Sproles will revert to being more of a receiver or specialty player.

Those guys are all long gone. Whats this about Mathews not playing? :shocking:
