I think he gets a bump. It's only natural given Wayne being out. Unfortunately IND is off this week so I can't roll Fleener out there and see what happens.

I think you are right. Sadly two weeks ago I dropped Fleener (as he couldn't catch a cold) for Garrett Graham thinking Graham would be a borderline TE1 with Owens out. I now regret that waiver move.

I have Heath Miller as my backup TE and am on the fence about dropping him for Fleener, but still undecided.

QBs tend to look away from targets who can't hold on to the ball. Fleener has to get better hands to be a legit TE1.

But he should get a ton more opportunities now. And I never saw Luck shy away from him.
