I got in fights in grade school, but no one got really bullied. The teachers would have kicked our asses. Pretty much the same thing in high school for the most part.

I only got in one fight in high school. This guy that everyone thought was a bad a$$ sucker punched me. That was the only punch he got in. I had taken Taekwondo by that time and was able to block every other swing. He ended up with a cut above his eye, a split lip and a bloody nose. I put on a show. Ali shuffle and he would look down and POW, things like that. It was my freshman year after football practice and most the team watched it. No one ever tried me again.

One time I did get back at a bully. 

It was 5th grade, I was 9. They had the "Junior Olympics" at my school where you would complete at things like jump rope, running laps, etc. I missed the first day and so I have the make up day. 

My bully won the jumprope on the day I wasn't there, she was a 6th grader. So. Lots of kids knew that I kicked ass at jumprope, so when she heard I was going to do it on the makeup day, she started telling people she was going to kick my ass if I won. I grabbed that rope and pushed myself so hard to win. 

I won, and she didn't kick my ass.

He did bother me again but not too much, as we avoided each other. He didn't want to be my friend. Lived right across the street too.
