Trade Help(Kelce/Patterson)

Recommended Posts

My team is in my signature. As you can see I have Witten, which has been killer on top of other issues. I may be able to trade Patterson for Kelce. First Impression?

Update on trade, read below.

How may WRs you start? I don't think its a bad trade but Patterson just got a major QB upgrade with Bridgewater I be curious to see.

That said Patterson is hurt and Witten been underwhelming. If the deal doesn't go through you can drop Juwan for a TE prospect T Wright, Reed (maybe available), TE Colts and these 2 TEs who been bad but got better week 6 matchups TE Ebron (likely no CJ) and TE Clay.

We start 2WRs and a flex (WR/RB). I wish those guys were available, but there's just nothing. The only guys looking to trade a TE right now are the Kelce guy and the Jordan Cameron guy. However, not so sure the Cameron guy would take Patterson.

Cant see your team from my device...however...is your scoring ppr? If so witten may just be good enough. You know u will get 4/40 or 4/60 most games outta witten with a td or two dropped in. He still is getting his looks and will drop a 12 catch game too. Id sit tight and enjoy Patterson w teddy. Kelce is nice but I think u know what JW will get you though it is not what u expected at the start.

Wow! Nothing in your ww... so your in a hole. Witten is a low end TE who ran into elite DST... and well got one of the best up next.

I'm going to be frank WRs are my specialty in ff advice and I'm really good at TE but not perfect I didn't see Kelce value but as you can see grabbed a top 4 TE cause I had a feeling the drop off and time bombs in TE 5-10 were drastic.

I think Patterson has a real chance to do something you still got byes for your WR I would at least keep him to there. I'm going deep here so their riskier ww TE but due elite nature of the matchup I would consider adding NYJ TE Amaro... I don't like the others rookie ATL TE but he is too inconsistent more bust than boom.

ww advice:

Why Amaro they got ok matchup likely top CBs cover a WR... Amaro safety blanket and deep threat. The NYJ had top 2 WRs hurt and a struggling QB would try to find safety blanket TE... plus its Manning high scoring games means Amaro will get some desperation deep passes only needs a catch or two to have solid outing. WR Decker, WR Nelson are hurt only reason Kerley even been relevant.

I saw the destruction of NYJ vs SD umm... well half of it... sad... TE Amaro looks like a nice deep threat my only concern would be if Vick starts not sure who he favors. I would drop Juwan Johnson not even sure who he is...

trade advice:

First thing Decker, Patterson, Nelson are all limited... so in the short term Patterson might have 2-3 week nagging injury and Witten has tough matchup you can use 2-TE system ideally.

I don't think TE Kelce would help that much... TE Witten has similar yds... only difference is 3 TDs. During this needed time he has a bye... Witten isn't a homerun hitter but is hitting singles getting 6 pts a crack.

I would trade higher Olsen, Bennet, Delanie, Vernon... Cameron not sure he seems average when he plays maybe the injury or double coverage getting to him. Those are the only TEs I'd swap for Patterson that might happen... ie. Jimmy is long shot.

I would just keep Patterson hope he does well if you don't want him then after a good game try to land a premium TE Kelce isn't a bad add but don't feel it is overly great add I recommend a 2TE system. Vernon owner might bite right now... Vernon had one good game then sat out 3 with a poor performance 3 weeks ago.

For the week I would drop Juwan for Amaro... if he is not there can you post a link of your ww.

Take the trade. Kelce will help your strong at WR and Patterson is the weakest. Witten is a good backup until they start with more of a pass game again. Make your whole teamster

I am curious to see if Patterson can do anything this Sunday, since they keep saying they're going to get him the ball. I think I might hold off, and if he does well then maybe I can get more in a trade.

Actually it looks like this guy really wants Patterson, so now he's offering me Carlos Hyde for him. If I can get Hyde and Kelce should I do it then?

I have Patterson in another league and have not started him. But all the talk to get him more involved sounds nice. I'd stay put, maybe he has a big game and then sell high. For now stay put though.

Thanks for mine!

I would do it for both cause your not that deep at RB. I don't see why you should rush. If Patterson blows up Sunday then you can get a RB or swap a RB.

I have a strong feeling Hyde does really good in a likely blow out gets at least 15 carries. He is a 3RB who minus blow out games will not be that useful unless Gore sits.

Time is on your side unless you really want Hyde as a RB. Kelce is sitting and Patterson can have a great game only concern is if he re-aggravates injury but he looks like he will start.

I like 49ers opinion on waiting for patterson to blow up and then sell high. I do like kelce though. U can hopefully get something better than kelce and hyde if pattersons value is higher.
