IMMensaMind 462 Posted November 29, 2015 This is true. Plus we can probably both agree that the Packers got absolutely owned by a superior team and a better coached team. Its sad that the pack cant put a better product out there for the fans on Favre night. The Packers are in serious trouble, and are doubling down on that trouble by insisting on making Davante Adams a key cog in their offense. Additionally, Cobb is a mediocre receiver. WTF is the point of a slot receiver who isn't quick enough to gain separation, and not fast enough to run away from safeties? The bigger issue, IMO, is play calling. The moron who is Tom Clements has absolutely no feel for play calling. They're killing the Bears early with a specific set of play calls, and suddenly they abandon that totally, in favor of lower percentage longer completions to mediocre WRs in bad conditions? WTF Clements you focking idiot. Additionally: where are the playcall routes hitting Cobb, et al, in stride? The quick slant? Screens? Where the fock did they go? WHY do you call on 4th and 1 an I-formation molasses-developing hitter to Lacy, when he takes 5 seconds to get to the lane that was supposed to be open 3 seconds ago? This team is being outcoached by other teams. Tom Clements - and by extension, McCarthy - are quickly filling my sht list.
IMMensaMind 462 Posted November 29, 2015 Rodgers is also - without question - less accurate this year. A lot less accurate. I would like to know if that problem is as a result of WRs actually not being where they are supposed to be, or if Rodgers has some injury, or if Rodgers simply isn't as accurate because he has no confidence in his WRs, both in ability to catch a ball as well as certainty that they're going to be where and when they're supposed to be. Or all three. Either way, this is a massive degradation of performance from last year, and losing Jordy cannot possibly have this much of an impact.
