Are you supposed to tip instructors?

It is fairly standard to tip ski instructors following a lesson, so I would assume other instructors would also qualify. But you can tip whomever you choose.

Interesting. Tipping is standard for ski instructors but not tennis or golf instructors. We should really just do away with all tipping everywhere.

$40 an hour is around than the average rate.

 

I assume she is charging you that per individual and not as a family per hour, no sure why she would teach more than one person at a time.

She's teaching me, my wife and my sons (6&8) altogether in a one hour session for $40.00 total.

The $74 was money well spent. I did not tip the instructor.

 

Video analysis, a few drills and some practice on the range implementing the adjustments.

 

It's early yet, but I'm back to being able to move between hitting draws and fades without spraying the ball all over the place.

 

Just gotta keep up the work at the range.
