IMMensaMind 462 Posted October 25, 2017 So you still believe that massive load of horsesh!t huh? Every damn thing he has tried and failed to do thus far benefits those wealthy elites. Because he is one. Elites did quite well under Obama. They were truly the only class which did.
MDC 7,160 Posted October 25, 2017 He's prying the Republican Party out of the hands of the wealthy donor elites and empowering the everyday people which I love and applaud, it's just a matter of how deep a pile of poop you're willing to sift through and endure to get to that gold nugget.Just like Im not freaking out over WWIII etc. with Trumps foreign policy Im not going to credit him with prying the party away from the wealthy donor elites until he actually does something to demonstrate thats true. So far his team appears to be the same Wall Street cronies and supply siders as any other administration with an extra dose of Breitbart style culture warriors. Republican cans in DC may not like Trump but thats not because hes bucking party orthodoxy in any significant way. If anything Trumps personality is whats keeping Congress from doing things (like revoking the ACA and tax cuts) that all Republicans agree on.
IMMensaMind 462 Posted October 25, 2017 If they liked his policies but not him, they'd publicly criticize and then vote for his actions. They're blocking what he wants to do instead. Your claim isn't logical.
