Ryan is throwing for 103.5 more yards PER GAME than Brissett. They're only close in fantasy points because Brissett is throwing an inordinately high amount of TDs for his yardage, while Ryan is throwing an inordinately low amount of TDs for his yardage. They have approximately equal defensive matchups this week, so if regression to the mean is to be trusted, Ryan should score about 4-8 more fantasy points than Brissett.
