I have Waller, other WRs : OBJ, Shuster, Kupp, Cooks (Ridley)

 

He is weak TE 

 

From my standpoint, should I make this offer? (note: Cooks, Kupp and Ridley all have a bye week 9; Hopefully Adams back by then)

Sure why not, you don’t lose much, but if Adams can play with that awfull painful injury your good.

He seems to really want Henry, and you already have Waller. I’d say this is more gain than loss for you.
