Interesting 2020 Election stats.

Despite the big push to gain the minority vote, it looks like the Dems are losing it... and getting whiter.

"While whites continued to favor the Republican candidate in 2020—as they have in every presidential election since 1968—it is notable that this margin was reduced from 20% to 17% nationally. At the same time, the Democratic margins for each of the major nonwhite groups was somewhat reduced. The Black Democratic margin—while still high, at 75%—was the lowest in a presidential election since 2004. The Latino or Hispanic and Asian American Democratic margins of 33% and 27% were the lowest since the 2004 and 2008 elections, respectively."

Biden got less of the minority vote, won less total counties, Republicans picked up House seats, Republicans dominated state houses, good shot at holding on to Senate. Perfect election for Republicans, well, mostly. I look forward to the stories that come out years from now about what actually happened.

The black vote has been showing signs of becoming a swing vote for a while.  Younger blacks are pretty much a swing vote now.  Its the older blacks that are the voting bloc and they are dying off.  If this trend holds, in 10 years blacks will almost be a swing vote.  That has enormous repercussions.  New York state will be purple.  Florida will be deep deep red.  The trend of Texas and Georgia turning blue will reverse and they will go deep red.

Its a huge problem for the democrats.  They pretty much had to try to gin up racial violence to keep blacks on their side with BLM and it didn't even work as they still are drifting red.

Exactly.  For all the big push to tell minorities that Republican's are racist... the minorities are still leaving to go to the right.  Nice to see the growing numbers of people starting to realize that the Dems are full of crap.  Well, the growing numbers of minorities that is.  White people, sadly are falling for the white guilt.

I think the bigger push of younger people moving left is temporary though.  I think they're hoping the Libs take away their student loans.  Once that falls through, they're most likely going to flip.
