I didn't know that word. I saw one possibility for my fourth guess.... it wasn't that. I had to start looking things up which, if you don't know the first letter, is a pain.

I didn't know that. Congrats on the move. Hope you are enjoying it down there---there are times I miss it...like today April 1st and it's 35 degrees

It will probably come up during hurricane season when a bunch of em get knocked down and you have to clean them up, think that's when I first learned that word.

I didn't know this word, just plugged in letters at 4 until something was correct.  I looked up the word, and I guess I do know, but I thought it was spelled differently. 

I just clicked on the Wordle bot---it says the national average of this word was 3.7

It's on the page with your statistics, under them, then click "Read my analysis of today's Wordle "

I'm kind of a geek for stats so it was interesting to see how often my word was chosen by others.  Pretty sure the <.1 meant I was the only person on earth who used my third word as a guess.

I learned duvet here, a component of bedding sheets.

Less than a week ago, when I put in "crony" I was shocked that I'd gotten it wrong. Most of the time when I stare into nothingness and it takes me a while to come up with something and I get the Aha! moment, it's THAT Aha! word.  That was on 'frond' day.

First two words were 

DOUBT

BREAK

So I eliminated all the vowels but one and a sometimes one.

B was the one yellow that I bounced around twice. 

Process of elimination left me with I as the only viable vowel and a B, I needed to place correctly.
