Why did I never think of this?

Recommended Posts

I absolutely adore chopped salads. Honestly, I might very well take that over a steak. Well you know...

It's the uniform combination of flavors tastes and textures among others.

Love subs, grinders, hoagies.

So why the hell have I never thought to do this?

Almost 6 decades wasted, Wasted!

I am a fan of chopped salads, italian sandwiches, muffulettas, etc.

for me, that might too high of a ratio of "everything else" for a sandwich.

All they did was take a normal sub and make it even messier.  No thanks.

I grieve for you.

I bet you pull entire Oscar Meyer slices  outta yer sammich with your teeth like a Labrador at an ATM.

I still have all my teeth so I don't have many issues with biting through slices of deli meat.

So weird. Good friend of mine. We Were shooting the breeze talking about maybe having a picnic next week. At random, I just asked her if she'd ever had a chopped salad. Her eyes lit up and literally her next words were oh my God chopped sandwich! We've got to do that!

She knew what I said. But her brain immediately went to what I was thinking. Then again, I'm a little bit like homer simpson. I'm usually thinking about sandwiches.
