Mike Honcho 5,096 Posted July 24, 2023 After about 15 months, the cat has become curious about outside. 3 times this weekend I went out to the garage and she followed me out there. Before that, she would just sit at the backdoor, curious, but too afraid to leave the safety of the house and the food bowl. Going to have to be careful now around doors. On this day in 1958 Ted Williams is fined $250 for spitting at Boston fans again. The "again" is the only reason I'm posting this. Red Sox fans are just on another level. Every geek, have a great week.

TommyGavin 790 Posted July 24, 2023 Funny we never really paid attention to open doors - like bringing the groceries in - door was open - taking out the trash - door was open. Couple weeks ago wife and I stepped out to look at our garden and wife says hey look there’s a cat in the driveway when all of a sudden she realized it was our (indoor) cat ! She took one step and cat realized she focked up and ran into the door - yes the door not the doorway - then ran around the yard not knowing what to do. Thankfully she stayed within the yard. MTSkiBum 1,620 Posted July 24, 2023 One of my two managers was laid off on Friday and I found out about that this morning. He was probably an ally to help me get my next promotion, however he also assigned me useless busy work. So kind of mixed on that. There are more layoffs coming, although I think I am safe. Took the wife/kids on the boat Saturday. Fishing was slower so we only fished an hour. After 2 trips with non-stop catching we were due for a slow day.
